Over 12 months, you’ll experience a dynamic blend of training, coaching, mentoring, and regular accountability check-ins. We start by defining your goals, and then take a deep dive into your business, dissecting the nuts and bolts to identify areas of growth and improvement.
By the programme’s conclusion, provided you’ve taken the required actions and followed my blueprint, you’ll witness an insane transformation in your business and be well on your way to accomplishing extraordinary goals.

It is a unique 12-month business coaching programme personally conducted by me on a one-to-one basis. Tailored specifically for small businesses and individuals in the trades industry, we start by defining your personal and business objectives.
From there, I create a customised business model that serves as the foundation for implementing a powerful strategy to help you achieve your goals.
This comprehensive programme includes 12 hours of highly focused one-on-one coaching sessions spread out over the course of a year. To ensure a strong start, we front-load the programme with an intensive 4-hour session dedicated to building your business plan.
Following this, we have 1-hour sessions scheduled monthly, and towards the programme’s conclusion, the last 3 sessions are held every 2 months, each lasting 1 hour.
By the end of this programme, provided you have taken the necessary actions and followed the blueprint, you will have transformed your trades business and be well on your way to achieving incredible goals.

You need to be a self-employed tradesperson or a business owner.
If you are currently employed but are thinking of going self-employed imminently then this programme is your golden ticket, however if you stay employed then you won’t be able to implement the strategies that we cover.

A positive attitude is an absolute must. I got to where I am today by staying positive, believing in myself, trusting the process and not being afraid to get out of my comfort zone. I took action and always followed the advice from my coaches and mentors.

For some people this is difficult to grasp; why would I give away all my secrets and strategies? Quite simply, the market is huge and there is plenty of work to go around.
There are too many cowboys in this sector, so I would rather build my network and have friends in the industry where we all work and sell to the same high standard. I’m also a big believer of paying it forward!
I wear multiple hats
Kimbletech Ltd is my family-run renewable energy installation business, located in Buckinghamshire, UK. I built this business from scratch, and I want to help you achieve the same.
My journey began with a Mechanical Engineering degree from Nottingham University, followed by a stint as a design engineer at Aston Martin, working on their luxury sports cars.
While I cherished my time at this prestigious British brand, I could see that it wouldn’t lead me to the financial freedom I desired. So, the idea of running my own business started taking shape.

Starting Kimbletech
At the age of 27, I made a pivotal decision to become an electrician and laid the foundation for Kimbletech Ltd.
Those early years were a period of intense learning, honing my skills, and tackling challenging electrical tasks.
After five years, I took the significant step of hiring my first apprentice, marking the beginning of my business expansion.
Year after year, I steadily added more team members, training them to become qualified electricians.
Our work was top-notch, and customers were thrilled, but the business was struggling to make money with no obvious solution in sight.
I then stumbled upon a business training course and decided to invest in my own growth.

It became crystal clear to me...
Tradespeople spend thousands on courses and qualifications to excel in their trade, but never undergo business training to educate themselves on the essential aspects of running a profitable business.
My personal development journey went into high gear, and within 18 months, I transformed Kimbletech.
We evolved from a modest electrical installation and maintenance company, earning £25k per month from a shed in my parent’s garden, into a robust renewable energy installation business with a monthly turnover of £250k.
